Suicidal Tone of A Post

I will have to say I am troubled with questions regarding the ability to use a med to end a person's life. I don't know if the poster was asking in advance as a means to plan to do so or instead had attempted and was wondering if any damage had been done. Either way, the post was disturbing (from my own personal history, this will always be the case!).
