Linking Pharmocology Tips to a directory would be an excellent way to go! Given a the software to track new patients resulting from the directory link for the participating medical professional, it would seem an appropriate means of generating revenue. Yes ads are problematic, ethically, being that they often function to manipulate the consumer rather than assist them. This would be incongruous, I presume, with the mission of your site.
