FWIW, I can then block any Psycho-Babble or associated Yahoo Group registrations using that email address. The e-mail wasn't abusive in any way. Just provocative, given my views (as wld be, say, sending Christian literature to a Muslim, & I know how sacred you hold religiosity ;-) ). Maybe I'll e-mail you the e-mail addr.

It was worth blowing my 'Please be civil' warning on (cynical, I know)! The organisation in question held their product up for review & I duly obliged. I used yr board to deliver my appraisal since it was through this that it contacted me.
Won't happen again tho', especially given the downright nastiness of one particular poster on a couple of rapidly-becoming-notorious threads on Babble. Demonstrates how untethered hostility can be destabilizing (yr prime concern I guess) & corrosive.
Surprisingly, given how ill I am @ present, I've felt disinclined to visit here the past few days. I'm sick of individuals (be they anti-opiate or oitherwise) generalizing their personal experiences for all people, & getting away with it by (in my eyes) manipulating the 'Civility' laws.
Just some feedback,
J.
