Well, my connection is through a T1 line through the university for which I work. I would assume it is a good connection. My computer is brand-new (imagine that!) and Netscape was installed with it. I don't have the software. The system admin guys keep all of that stuff, so reinstalling isn't possible. I guess I'll just live with it. Thanks.
I'll also try clearing my cache. Of course, this problem hasn't happened since I posted about it last week...
