I would never suggest that anybody who is richer than me buy a copy of the article, scan it into their computer, and post it on ASH, or Psycho Babble Open, or anywhere else, for that matter. Even if it was just for educational purposes and everyone got full credit, and the Journal name was displayed, etc.
That would be a terrible thing to do.
