I'm so sorry you haven't been doing so well lately, but hopefully if you have some steady income from disability you'll feel less depressed. They did mine in less than 3 months and were wonderful. Make sure your pdoc is on board and fills out all the forms (stay with him/her while they do it- it will give you peace of mind). Once you're approved you'll get a lump sum for retroactive payments- mine went back a year and was pretty significant- like $25K- which of course was gone in a week during a manic spree.
