Therapeutic exercise

Posted by Racer on March 21, 2004, at 20:22:49

I just looked up some of my old posts, from when I first came to PsychoBabble, and realized again that I'd been in this state before. One part of me says, "well, gee, I'll never be well, so what's the point of trying so hard?" But another part says, "See? There's Proof Positive that I can be treated effectively! I was miserable and wanted to do anything to end this pain -- and even with woefully inadequate treatment, I GOT BETTER!!!"

I'm so glad those posts were there for me to find and read. It really made a difference to me. And many of the same people here now were there then. You've done so much for me over the years. Thank you.
