((Racer))

I don't know if I have much advice, except that I noticed you are doing a lot of predicting. My T has been very consistent in pointing out to me when I do that; not that it's bad, just that it rules out a lot of possibilities. What you think will happen may well happen...or NOT. There is so much out of your control (like all other people), I think all you can do is ask for what you want and hold on to yourself. People may not hear you very well because of where they're at, and there isn't much you can do about that.

There is much to be said for asking for what you want because it requires figuring out what it is you want. Both asking and figuring out are hard for me, especially when I'm in turmoil. When I can do it, it's very helpful. It can help me get out of a very scared spot into a more 'forward moving' mode (if that makes any sense).

I don't know if any of this makes sense. Above all, remember that the best thing about advice is you don't have to take it!

Take good care, and I hope you will find some distractions that are fairly harmless (Trivial Pursuit?) because distractions are good.

xoxo
Shar
