Oh shar, ofcourse you don't add to those feelings. Its nothing, at all, that anyone here is doing.. Its entirely an internal thing.
I think.. and this is wierd.. I'm having to learn how to live again. I'm so much better, and feeling more normal.. But I've forgotten how to live normally.. I've forgotten how to act normally around people. before, when I felt so bad, I had my act, my armour, and I knew the script and what to do and how to exact so as to appear normal. Now, that I should be acting normal, I just don't know how to do it *lol* And its taking alot of adjustments.
It WILL pass.. I know that.. I just need to find a balance I guess!
