One way I have used in the past to help my will power, is to book mark each different board I wanted to visit, and only use my book marks, not the Dr Bob provided links.
But that does mean you can't use the frames version of the site.
I know you can block websites thorugh IE.. so maybe you can block just one of the boards here.. I'll go investigate.
