Hey, I forgot to mention that I'm off of all psych medication. No anti-depressants, no anti-anxiety pills, no sleeping pills, NOTHING! I feel so clean inside. You know how they say that the body regenerates itself every seven years. Well, with all the good, organic food I'm putting in my body and without all the medications I used to take, I'll be as pure as a baby!
I've been reading through the posts of the previous period. I'm so sorry that Racer has been having such a hard time. I know what you're going through, Racer, although right now it seems like a very distant memory. Do you remember how depressed I used to get, Racer? You really helped me out through some hard times. Now look at me... I'm HAPPY! You will be too! You just have some rough circumstances in your life right now, but that will change.
