Obviously I haven't visited this board for a while. Thank you so much for asking about me, things are going well- still medicating the episodes which seem to be getting a little further apart. I haven't been going to my therapist or shrink for a while now (I do feel a little hypocritical offering advice there, but what the heck:-). I think just staying really busy with the kids leaves little time to dwell on my own problems, and I guess I view that as good.
