I haven't good such a good laugh in a long time. So Planet Fitness has this policy against "muscleheads". They don't like grunting or dropping weight and will ask you to leave the premises for either one. They have thrown people out basically for breathing heavily. They will kick you out for even the slightest "metal" sound. There is a "lunk alarm" that rings once you grunt or drop weights. So these guys made fun of that policy and the alarm: Maybe I have a weird sense of humor-

planet fitness yeah is ecomonical, i go to fitness connection in texas and yes there are hard core weighlifters, you just walk and see these people ripped from top to bottom. Fitness connection is ecomical too, but it defintly will have hard core work outs, they have all the equiptment and the room half a football field. I've never gotten into a routine to have serious weight lifting workouts. I mainly do cardio and stair master. I wish i had the weight lift motivation but when i do it, i lose energy and motivation. I had to hire a personal trainer to weight lifts and he would be on my *ss to keep up. I stopped persnal trainer because excessive money, couldnt afford it.
Planet fitness i know alot of my friends go there, its a easy going enviorment
