so now spain is going to agree to say that we paid them for spain to deliver us however many doses so that our numbers add up. the numbers of how many doses have been administered, and how many doses we have paid for, i mean to say.

because they went 'how are we going to get people vaccinating quickly quickly quickly...' and they decided that they could get herds of children through very very quickly... have 1 or 2 adults roll up with a car full of kids -- right? so they could get the doses into arms quickly...

and they are only little -- right? so we can give them just a little dose -- right? maybe a half dose? so if the manufacturer says 5 doses per vial we can deliver 10... so then our rates of delivery are higher -- right?

only... we did pay for however many doses. so oopsie. oopsie. yeah. maths is really really really really really really hard. it is so hard. oh the headaches how hard it is to see how brilliant the masterminds are that are allowed to do maths... yeah. right.

so anyway, for a sum of money spain has agreed to say that they are going to sell us some of their doses. so that we have enough doses provided to cover the number that have been administered already.

some people got saline. but it is against the bill of rights to experiment on people without their consent. so, uh, that turns out to be problematic. it turns out to be problematic to have experimented with people by giving them less of a dose than they were supposed to get for a dose.

but of course this is why the manufacturers would only supply to nzl citizens without waiving manufacturers liabilty. because no amount of liability insurance makes it worth doing business with or by or through the government of new zealand.

you just know they are looking for ways to make a quick buck. ways to be clever. ways to be cleverer than people who... are actually focused on the job rather than focused on enabling child abuse and so on.

i don't think the international community thinks jacinda ardern is particularly... admirable... when she attempts sympathy for victims of terrorism 2.0 once the international community learns that the police had been following him around... that new zealand government employees had been involved in sort of 'war games' with him... refusing to believe him. trying to deport him. refusing to provide assistance to him. trying to make him escalate. provoking him to criminality. so as to result in collateral damage so they could shoot him. just terrible. terrible.

i don't know how the world allowed us to take refugees from afghanastan.

maybe they didn't. maybe they sent us the actual terrorists. i mean, if they didn't... it wouldn't take so very very many years of abuse in new zealand because we turned them into that.

right?

it is starting to look funny. as in funny strange not funny haha.

the people who the government chooses to keep around as advisors.

there's a physicist they pay to do models for them. i don't know what, exactly, he does. he breaks a quarantine area up into 1 m voxels and says given the size of the area of the foyer with the amount of time they spent in the foyer as a multiplier there is less than 0.1 probability that they contracted Covid due to an episode in the foyer.

so the government says 'our scientific modelling showed there wasn't a problem to be expected by having the public wandering through the foyer of a quarantine facility' the risk was very very low. as determined by the model. as determined by the model they commissioned to 'in the name of science!' from the pulpit that is the deliverances of the new zealand government.

our scientists are saying they don't see any evidence that booster shots are required so we aren't thinking of those...

but our scientists must have seen that it was a good idea to vaccinate kids as young as 12 because that's what we started doing...

that is to say they seem capable of seeing what is going on in the world... just not sort of... doing anything *good* with what they've seen...

why couldn't we get saliva testing? Why didn't we go with the 'diverse portfolio' we agreed to from the get-go. older people could have had 1 dose J&J and that would have made teh roll out so much easier for those most at risk. but no. because they aren't really interested in improving the reality at all.

they are all about the superficial image. managing the image. the great con-munications. the avatar. etc.

i don't really blame jacinda. if it wasn't her it would be someone else. it's John Key 2.0. they start going quite mad or drunk with power near the end of their second term. they just do.

we have the lowest *perceived rate* of corruption in the world.

where the *perception of corruption* has to do with how much corruption has been successfully prosecuted.

that is to say countries that are successfully prosecuting corruption rate higher on the corruption index. they have a lot of (successfully convicted) episodes of corruption.

new zealand refuses to see corruption.

apparently the new zealand vice chancellors committee (the government committee with the statutory function of upholding the quality and integrity of nz university degrees) receives a great volume of complaints every year... and my complaint... is the ONLY complaint of 'seroius wrongdoing' that they acknowledge as a complaint of 'serious wrongdoing'.

they only acknowledge that i lodged a complaint of serious wrongdoing after a High Court Judge said that I did all of the things that I was supposed to do to lodge a complaint of seroius wrongdoing.

I lodged the complaint and they refused to investigate it. They refused to get the evidence to the police in order to prevent and prohibit anybody from prosecuting individuals within the Univerity for refusing to allow a student to submit a research thesis to international examiners so as to be signed off on having attained internationally recognised standards of scholarship.

because we only recognise the lackeys who do the garbage outputs that our government officials want to hear. bring them the model that justifies what their garbage output minds have already decided is a good idea.

garbage garbage garbage.

person goes to hospital with abdominal symptoms so they put him in the top floor of the surgical ward. who does? the IT patient flow management system triages his presenting ED complaint so that the patient will be placed into a group room there.

he develops a cough. the other patients get a bit worried...

it takes some time before they organise a Covid test for him. Then it takes more than a few hours for the Covid test to come back positive.

Then he gets oggled by 12 doctors. Apparently. Apparently 12 doctors are paraded in front of him.

So that they can stand down those 12 doctors to isolate / quarantine at home for the next 2 weeks.

So that the people they brought up from... Christchurch. Likely the 'ruralist' people from Queensland who were doing all the anasthetics and cesarians and late abortions and general surgeries could move in.

To practice their intubations and ventillations now that we have ventillators from the USA.

Gearing up. 100+ health people from the South Island have been shipped up. The NZL front line.

Then when their PPE fails etc etc we have the overseas trained doctors and so on here on their expired visas or whatever.

And then everybody will be trying to anastheticse and ventillate and long covid each other for however long...

and enough of them will curl up and die for things to be left much better off without them.

i suppose that's the way of it.
