I wanted to respond to this earlier, but my mood was too dismal.
I'd say that happiness for me is also about that cute little pink nose that my younger kitty has, and his little voice, and his little pink paws.
Also, a sunny, clear fall day with cool, clean air, lots of time to spend outside without the requirement of being anywhere in particular.
Freedom, that'd be nice.

Thats exactly what i had yesterday-freedom,and being outside on a clear day.I went downtown, and walked all over the place.I sat w/a caffe latte, and watched people,I noticed the colorful trees, felt the sun.Im not depressed now,not anxious.I may be again, but not now,so I am grateful for every moment.

Spending time with my peeps. I really mean peeps. Out in the hen yard. They are pretty close to being prehistoric in temperament. Thank goodness they are small, or they would be about as terrifying and reasonable as a T Rex.

Really a way to see what's going on with grown kids and I enjoy meeting up with old high school friends from years ago. Quite a few who frequently babble are now only on facebook also. I've met some lovely people there also. But in my heart would love to see social become the social it was in the past. Take a look at social in archieves used to be booming. Some of those posters on my page. So lets do our best to revitalize social. Phillipa
