My ex has a boyfriend :-(

Posted by jammerlich on September 5, 2007, at 15:53:35

It was inevitable, but that doesn't make it any less devastating. Even more so to hear him talk about how he's never felt this way before. Ugghhh.

To be fair, I asked. I guess I'd rather know than not. But it still sucks.

(((((Jammer))))Yup, it sucks :-( (nm)

Well, it's one thing to know. But that phrase should be on the list of prohibited ones from exes. It's not the most sensitive way to express his happiness. :(

I'm sorry, Jammer.

you want me to make mister kk beat them up?

double boo! guess we'll have to take a trip to sin city and find you a handsome boyfriend (more handsome than his of course!!!) to make him jealous? of course, you will flaunt said boyfriend in his face, and dispose of said boyfriend when you feel ready (and when he's completely jealous).

((((jammer)))) i'm sorry sweetie. that downright stinks. has he ever heard of a word called 'tact'? just because he has one, doesn't mean it's entirely proper to word things in such a way.

double boo to him!

offer still stands with mister kk doll,

your stalker kk

ps: will you marry me? (little comfort i know, but you could tell him you now have a fiancee and we are both FANTASTIC!!)

what a stupid and heartless thing to say. Just know that the best revenge is living well, which you are well on your way to doing. Keep up your own progress, and remember that comparing yourself to him is unfair for your self-esteem.

((((more hugs for jammerlich))))

That must hurt a lot. I can only imagine because I've never experienced this.

Well I guess there is something to marriage not that it guarantees anything these days. If something happens to this marriage no more dating been there done that many times many years. Phillipa

I'm sorry jammer. I do know that bite that comes with hearing "i've never felt this way before"
It trivializes all the time you spent together. It was a heartless thing for him to say.

Take good care of yourself and your heart - you can't rely on anyone to do that but yourself.

Seldom.

I'm totally with zen about that! Fair schmair-- who says you're supposed to be fair? hunh? the fairness fairy? how come the fairness fairy only visits you? how come the fairness fairy doesn't do more to make things fair?

bah on fairness in general. I mean you don't have to get carried away in the other direction, but you don't have to be fair *all* the time..

I hope that by now, some of the hurt has gotten less sharp.

I'm sorry he said that.

Doesn't matter that you asked. Your DIDN"T ask for him to stab you with a knife; just wondered if he had one!!

I send hugs & hope you're doing well.

much love, Kath
