mother f*cker!

Posted by karen_kay on September 11, 2007, at 15:39:53

i jsut had an accident. after not leaving the house for, i don't know how long, i went to visit my sister. silly me, thoguht it would be a super idea to get out. and it really was. i had a great visit with sis. talked about lots of stuff. talked about mom issues, family issues, my issues, her issues, basically just talked.

maybe the klonopin halted my reaction? hardly. i fish tailed on gravel adn threw on the breaks, over-corrected (what happened to driving instincts?). slid around a bit, went over a ditch and ended up in a soybean field. what do you do when you're in a soybean field? get the f*ck out i guess? so i gunned it and drove back through the ditch yet again.

so much for getting out of the house...

everyone's fine (yes, duck was with me). car has soybeans stuck underneath it. scrapes, bumps and bruises to go along with it. at least it's still arunnin!

kk, who's never leaving her house again!

Good God, KK. You're scaring me. Are you sure you don't need new tires on your car?

Please have the car looked at, to make sure everything is okay.

And get back under that bed.

Honore

I'm so glad you're safe

Me too, KK. Maybe your car wants to become a vegetarian?

Stay safe.

New rules: (Just so you know, I have Bob's total support on this missy)

If kk or the duckster (is he driving yet?) are ever again (God forbid) involved in an accident of any kind (excluding the types of "accidents" 1 1/2 year olds often have in their britches), it shall hereby be considered a civility breach and major stress exacerbator (that sounds kinda nasty) if a description, photo, or any type of visual representation of said accident is posted here at Babble World without a subject line disclosure as follows: "I'm fine. Duck is fine. We are both fine and delirously happy safe and contented." Then and ONLY then would a post be allowed with a breif and breezy description of said accident that makes the whole thing sound more like a fun and safe amusment park ride rather than a potentially dangerous event. I don't feel this rule is unreasonable especially now that I have run out of Klonopin. (KK can you send me a couple?).

I was gona post another rule but I forgot what it was.....but be advised if I ever remember it , by golly I will certainly post it here and expect total compliance by all parties.

KK I am relieved that you and the Duck seemed to be relatively unscathed....which is more than I can say for your poor car which will now probably be relegated to set in that barn or garage or whatever it is you farmers have out there in Montana, till the next ice age when that ace B-i-L mechanic of yours or possibly mister kk decides to fix it.

I really am relieved that you and the duck are OK.

In the future you might consider letting your chauffer transport you to all those fabulous destinations you so often frequent.....or maybe a care cab would work. (of course that is usually only available on New Years Eve to help keep the roads safe from those who have been over served alcoholic beverages... which I know is something you never indulge in). I don't suppose there is any public transportation available up in them thar hills where you and the rest of the kk's reside. (yeah, like you'd be able to climb on a bus in those 9 inch heels you're so fond of wearing.

Love, Peace, and Happiness

well, i am really happy you are okay and that the car is still arunnin'.
It sounds as though you are ready for stunt drivin'. Who's up for making their way the only way they know how?

As far as the soybeans under the car - I LOVE edamame, the key is the salted water...

take care okay?

delirously happy safe and contented.

i hope i wasn't misundestood of course. i'm laughing about the incedent now. i've always had the worst luck with cars. i seem to have a target placed upon my car that says 'tree, please fall on me' or 'ditches, please beckon my tires to come to you' or better yet 'police pull me over.'

let's not forget teh time i uprooted a concrete pole that stood next to a payphone.

the car's fine. it's the one that's suffering from the bumps and bruises, not me or duckie. in fact, i think hitting the ditch and field actually fixed the allignment (yahoo!!!).

but, i still reserve the right to scream mother f*cker when finding myself in a soybean field after spinning gravel (especially when i thought i was so very good at doing donuts and have caught myself doing fishtails many times on tape in an elcamino in arkansas. true story. mother wasn't so happy when she saw the tape actually, as it was her vehicle.)

those klonopin's are on their way dear. but, i know you don't need them. you drink vodka martini's remember? refer to your calculator watch and you'll find that you're way overdue for another one.

and i'm well able to walk, ride a bus and even tour museums in those heels. seriously! but i'm staying away from gravel for a while. even though i was spinning donuts not too awful long ago. payback's a bitch maybe?

good seeing you here! it's about damn time!
