I underwent so much emotional abuse at my last job. People saying I'm a loose canon. Flicking water in my face. And when I get mad back they would tell me to appologize. Being called a KID on a daily basis, I'm 30. Doing all the work and getting no credit. No raise. People would just tell me to do less, I would eventualy do less, and strike against me?! NO one would talk to me, tell me what was wrong. Basicaly the silent treatment. My freinds knew me as the guy who hates his job. They all told me to get a new one, I kept holding on. Things getting worse. People very hard to deal with, I avoided conversation with them. They would tell me to spend money like there was no tomorow, I said what money, "Oh you can afford it!" What was all this about? They lied a lot, about everything. Not to be paranoid or nothing, but they were out to get me. One guy would always say, "Its not paranoia if they realy are out to get you". I would aply to jobs and suddenly everyone was nice to me, so I would turn down the job, then back to mean people. Eventualy I had to quit in order to be able to apply to jobs.

Thanks. I haven't had anymore to drink, I want to make a good impression tomorow. Yes I've done a lot of job interviewing in the past. Usualy do ok. I have never had a drink on the job, at any job.

Hi S,
That past job sounds like it had more than it's fair share of people who were abusive & bullies.
Of course they didn't want you to leave; they were comfortable with victimizing you.
I'm glad you're not there.
Good luck with not drinking & even better luck at the interview.
Try to relax & maybe partly view it in your mind (gently) that you're interviewing them. I mean, that you're seeing what they're 'about' & whether you think you'd feel comfortable working there...that can take the pressure off somewhat.

One person there would tell me that one person who was bullying me was bullying me, and that I shouldn't take that from them. The boss would say that is the way people are, they are just joking.

I finally got a job two weeks ago that so far uses my brain, but doesn't over tax it and there are no bullies. I hope April works it's job magic for you, too.

Well I didn't officialy lose the job, but also didn't get it yet. Maybe, since I took a drug test, they will call back. Slip of toung.
