If you want to enhance your dream life try a good B-complex (I take "B-Right") before bed. I would tell you about my dreams but I remember the look on the face of the last person I tried that on. That tortured look, the eyes darting to and fro looking for an exit, the sudden bolt out the door.

Now I realize why psychiatrists charge so much - they are paid to listen to people tell their dreams.

You need to go to the Psychology Board. There are some good dream analyzers there. (I'm not one of them. My dreams are kind enough to adapt themselves to my very literal brain, so that I don't have to interpret them, for the most part.)

I was at a male friends once, about 3 years ago, and this was a man who'd known me for 5 years.
He was watching T.V and I overheard an ad for a special on Martin Luther King.

I put on my best Valley Girl voice and said
"Oh great a show about some guys dream.. don't you just hate that when people have to go on and on and on about their flipping dreams
Sure buddy, you have a dream, I have a dream, we all have dreams okay, it's not a big deal"

This man who I thought *knew* me, started giving me a lecture on What Martin Luther King stood for.

The same man who I had to correct when he referred to Africa as a country..

My nutritional dr's thing was take as much of pyridoxal-5-phosphate as is neccessary to remember your dreams. I took less Valium last night (running out) and had an unusually vivid and horrible dream.

one of the great virtues of certain antidepressants is that they effectively suppress dreaming for an extended period of time (let's hope it doesn't run out too soon).

Africa is not a country, and neither is California, and yet people tell me they need to dream to ESCAPE reality (educated people no less).
