Discharged and kinda sad cause I told my secrets and stuff to doc and now thats it!
I liked him- he inspired . Opened my big mouth without thinking in hypo and messed it up. Also got used to being around people I cud be myself with.
Left hypo-xcited and forgot to say thanks.
Not been prescribed a stabilizer which is good of them so they must think I'm ok.
Usuall monthly visits return I know I will never be well completely and my solitary lifestyle will continue .
Strange I said things that had them laughing can't remember what I said. Also asked for all the notes they've made for some light reading on rainy days.
I really must get my art going again something has to come from this strange illness.
Christ, I hate the stereotype artist -emotionally mangled.

Euphorically teary-sad dreamer.

Discharged from where, dear dreamer? Was this the place you were going on Wednesdays?

"Something has to come from this strange illness" - I know the feeling. In my case, it's supposed to be some magnificent book.

Remember, you can always write a thank you note. :)

Hold on Dreamer. Find a place in time where you remember being happy. Make your mind take you there. Refuse to let your brain tell you how to feel. Tell yourself how you want to feel, and make it so. We can decide, ultimately, if WE think the glass is half empty or half full. I cannot control what happens to me, but I am trying to control how I respond.

what do you do if all this time they are trying to get you convinced you are ill and then they say no, you are not, I keep having this strange paranoia that the pdoc and the insurance co are having conversations behind my back, and now, the doc is concerned about spending too much money or being sued...like the dentist and the hub talking over me she this she that...the asthma dr was better, he addressed me directly...pdoc is better too...do you remember people doing that to you when you were little, standing only three feet tall and all the grown ups are talking above you, literally above you? and about you? never to you?

And the funny things you say...and cant remember is that called disassociation?

I feel so odd sometimes I am round?

time to go find something to eat, I think I am not making any sense or dollars.

Hi K
Writers block? or just apathy.
Myself it's the getting started and lack of discipline but once I start it rolls but something xternal gets in the way and so it starts again .

> Remember, you can always write a thank you note. :)
Think I'll send the nurses some chocolates I was supposed to do cognitive therapy to help in the outside world but .......gave it up due to lack of interest and it was making me ill so I'm discharged.
Hopefully I can visit the pyschiatrist he helped me so much in just 30mins .

dreamer getting over a crush.

Hi Pax
That's a hard one ....I usually use imagination fantasy .
Make your mind take you there. Refuse to let your brain tell you how to feel. Tell yourself how you want to feel, and make it so. We can decide, ultimately, if WE think the glass is half empty or half full. I cannot control what happens to me, but I am trying to control how I respond.

I'm using self-hypnosis to iron out them negetive creases.
Dreamer sinking deeper into makebelieve.

I try and stare into the eyes they can't avoid my hypnotic rays..... ZAP!.

Well, I'm harmless I guess and striving to use moods productively-Ha. Docs get uncomfortable when you try and join the conversation I usually flirt and joke around with them to break the barrier of THEM and us.

can you visit the pdoc who helped so much? is there any way, or is it problematic?

how was cognitive therapy harmful, if you want to share? (just ignore if not)

writing probs - same as most creatives probably - fear of failure mostly. certainly have the time now.

take care.

Yes I can visit hopefuly- he wants/wanted to see some writing especially the manic stuff.
Tangent- when I'm on the high I get obssessions I know when I'm in one it's totally in my head only after I sense disinterest or get stern words-can't stop thinking bout him.....not just a sex thing maybe I'd like to be like him I'm androdgenous so ..........babble...need a wholesome friendship .......ever cried and feel so good at same time?

Can't find any interest in social interactions maybe it's the city but always been hiding in my head, reality shatters my fantasy and mood, dreams from years ago or delusions are as real for me as other peoples yesterday and more detailed + happy.
Guilty of wasting nurses time especially at the moment as my anxiety gets into the red. Today estate agents came round to put the flat on the market -it's really real now.

> writing probs - same as most creatives probably - fear of failure mostly. certainly have the time now.

I'm fearful of failure but in the sense of self-evolution creatively -apparently the psycho reckons I need/long for recognition from others so the perception of a strange weirdo is justified -not his words but sorta what I remember.

> p.s. what do you eat for breakfast?
Usually a banana.
