Real Therapy is Hard

I'd almost forgotten how difficult and exhausting it is, it's been so long since I had real therapy. Not sure I'm up for it anymore.

Yes, it is. A bit painful then?

The other sort never digs below the surface. It's all very shallow, thus not very uncomfortable or painful.

T3 doesn't miss a thing. I can have the most subtle change in my body language or eye contact or whatever and she is on it like white on rice.

Very, very painful and exhausting. Apparently I haven't kept myself in shape for real therapy. I'll have to start training. :-)
