Apparently Vitex helps regulate menstruation, prolactin levels and associated mood disorders. Has anyone tried it for enough time for results to show (i.e. over a month)?
I have just started it for sky-high prolactin that has resulted in no periods (I take APs) and am keen to hear about fellow-takers experiences. I can't change my psychiatric drug combo at present so it's all I have!

I found it to be mildly helpful in alleviating PMS symptoms, but it gave me a rash on my face.
