Well, the British Government is going to great lengths to let people know that its not being decriminalised.
And its also nothing like what it is in Amsterdam.. believe me, I wish it were!! I really do! One guy tried to open one, and the way he tried getting round prosecution was get to get thousands of people to become equal share holders, so that they would have to prosecute thousands of people.
