Librium as a Detox

Posted by JZY561 on January 7, 2004, at 4:34:13

I was recently detoxed and was given Librium. I'm assuming alcohol was still in my system. It had caused me to have unrealistic hallucinations, nightmares. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Greatly appreciated.

the only interactions i've heard of were dizziness or excessive drowiness. however, nervousness and/or sweating are also listed. this drug is generally given to people who are suffering the effects of alcohol withdrawl. is it possible that your experience could be the withdrawl itself? just wondering...

The WITHDRAWAL can cause you to have unrealistic hallucinations, nightmares. DT's ya know.

Librium was an easy detox for me.
