what it means for nzl to want icu nurses...

Posted by alexandra_k on April 14, 2022, at 16:10:47

apparently we want icu nurses...

but we wouldn't publically advertise that we wanted them in likely locations.

but even if we did do that we wouldn't offer standard / attractive / fair terms of employment (e.g., we would offer 0.2 FTE postions with 12am to 5am shifts (5 hours without a break) for 10 days on and no days off, or similar).

but even if we did do that we wouldn't hire the applicant who was most qualified or experienced for the position.

but even if we did do that we wouldn't actually hire anybody.

see... we were just looking for an 'expression of interest'. we weren't really going to employ anybody.

we say it's because we don't have enough beds. there aren't enough icu dedicated beds for the icu nurses to work the dedicated bed.

but we also say that we don't pay our icu nurses icu nurse salaries because they are not trained icu nurses. they are regular nurses who we got to do 2 hours online training course (say) so they have been 'sort of partially trained' enough to work the icu beds without them being paid icu nurse salaries.

see how clever the administration / management is?

so, andrew little has the information now that it is false that there aren't enough icu nurses. it is that the administration / management refuses to pay trained people a fair wage.

i mean...

if that means they need to throw away applications to be enrolled in various jobs so they can prevent and prohibit capable people being paid...

what's that???

the new zealadn government wants you!!!

icu nurses.

the new zeealand government wants you. that's what it means to be wanted. how does it feel? all warm and fuzzy... that they want you to apply... so they can throw away your apliation or send you a letter saying 'hahahhaha no job fo ryou' and so they can get someone to work the job for little to no pay.

that's what 'want' means. that' shwat it means to be 'wanted' and 'valued'.

the nz government doesnt' appear to want there to be anything here.

i guess because they think they can simply get on a plane to sydney.

it's the rest of the people whose wages are intentionally constructed to prohibit. the plastic money printed in canada. plastic for swimming. most laundered monopoly money in the world.

to disguise that australia still keeps slaves

food and rent tokens.

things money can't buy: justice. healthcare. education...

handed everything on a silver platter...

and they just want to leave. right?

for all the things that other nations have to offer because they aren't as corrupt as new zealand.

i mean, new zealand is internationally recognised to be home of 'tall poppy syndrome' and 'crabs in a bucket'.

if it looks like you are moving forwards... they will organise or arrange to have you dragged back.

if you don't think the main aim or purpose or goal is to huddle in and be an indistinguishable mild and humble... (while working to look them in the eyes and say 'there there there there there there' while working to stab them in the backs)

well...

does anybody actually want to live, here?

i mean... the reason the civil servants etc think they are worth so much is because they are themselves acknowledging that our plastic b*llsh*t monopoly money isnt' relaly worth any actual money... they are factoring the international exchange rate into their actual pay... when it comes to them. not when it comes to the 'workers' of new zealand who are not to leave.

and then they get sick.

and it's game over.

nasty bruitish and short.

it's a shame that we can't 'do it here ourselves'.

anything. any of it.

there's ntohing here

i am trying to understand why australia chooses to take new zealanders and employ them in various positions. i think it is that they are designed to catch and send back to new zealand any new zealanders who go to australia. crabs in a bucket police.

harlene hayes... what they want with her for the university of western australia.

best i can figure the university of otago has not grown or flourished or thrived under her watch. i mean... i suppose she may have some rant about profits being up... but the reputation of the university couldn't really drop much of any lower...

i mean... international community... i don't remember what eastern european countries... italy... it was international community that blew the whistle on the fact that medical students were going there and being signed off on their workplace internships without spending much of any time in the actual hospital. people had been complaining about it within the university of otago for years. the studnets going off skiing etc where they would say 'this is the last opportunity for a holiday that you are going to have because on your return to new zealand you are going to slave for the hospitals for at least 2 years as a junior doctor so take your holiday that you are entitlted to now becuase you won't be having another one for quite some time...'

international community said that this wasn't appropriate.

which apparently forced an investigation (with one medical person from canberra) to do some kind of damage control.

the first thing being to limit the scope of the inquiry or investigation to the international internships. that is to say to refuse to look into what people were doing in new zealand in order to be signed off on their internships in new zealand. that is to say, whether the studnets were allowed into the hospitals in new zealand in order to do their work experience, or whether they were required to pay a bribe for sign-off only...

the second was to ensure that the issue was cast as one of 'boys being boys' playing truant to go skiing and not one of them paying a fee in exhcange for sign-off. not one of them not being allowed inside the hospital because the employees of the hospital or whomever didn't want them opening the supply cupboards, for exmaple, and realising the cupboards were bare. not seeing various practices. who knows what kind of experimentation or torture...

what would western australia want with harlene hayes?

______

i don't know what happened with stuart Mccutcheon. where he is at, now.

i suppose he is vc of the univeristy of queensland, or similar. i suppose they would have re-deployed him to serve teh interests of himself at the expense of everyone else. see where he can best be re-deployed to build slums for the slaves to live in and figure how best to arrange for them to be tortured and exiled without their qualifications tha they paid the univesity for they paid the university for they paid the university for their paid...

never stop paying the univesrity.

___

they got some lady from england who spend a couple years in western australia to be the new vc of auckland.

so there's some connect there, australia is thinking, between the state of western australia and the state of new zealand.

queensland made some progress on corruption a while ago. the daughter of the vc was given a place in medicine as a 'leadership' equity candidate. people complained about this and it was publically recognised. they didn't go so far is to remove her from teh progarmme and they certainly didn't go so far as to seek out the person whose place she stole and ensure that that person was fairly compensated for her loss. but they did publically acnowledge the wrong that was done. that it was wrong.

but we don't see it as wrong in new zealand. that they hand training places to people on the basis of providing further privaledges and advantages to those who already have the most. at the expense of others who have more natural ability / who have worked harder.

he earned enough money.... to pay for the very very best of private everyhign. and he could have paid for her to go to a private university in the us as a full fee paying studnet with all of the extra help and all of the highest quality and very very best of the education that money can buy.

and he chose to steal a public place because his piles and piles and piles of money he just couldn't think of any use for them.

anyway... clearly western australia isn't there yet. whcih is why nzl is lumped wtih that.

of course it isnt' really. it is lumped iwth manus island.

it is manus island.

it's where australia puts people and then refuses to acknowledge them as peple refuses to let them out.

crabs in a bucket.

so there' svarious crabs seeded about the place with the job or role of sending back the new zealanders.

that seems to be why australia hires new zealanders. to ensure that other new zealanders are shipped back.

it employes the 'winners' in the great competition where the aim or intention is to stabotage others.

beacause australia doesn't seem to want to focus on developing.

he thinks it needs to focus on kicking the people back

i guess there are 2 main reasons..

the first is that no amount of money would buy her a place in a private school in the usa. apparently she did not get in to any of the medical schools in australia. none of them. despite every possible advantage that she would have had in all of her schooling...

maybe she didn't actually want to do medicine. but her father simply would not accept that. maybe that was it.

anyway...

the second is that he was concerned that if she went overseas that she would then be treated the way that he treats people who come to queensland from overseas.

by keeping her in the university he was vice chancellor of he could take further steps to ensure that she pass her examinations and get the very very best of the work experience placements etc etc.

or that he have control over these things.

i don't know if she was insufferable about doing anything anything anything she wanted... or if she was suffering about doing everything everything everythign that he wanted.

hard to say...

of course 'doing everything you want' it depends significantly on what it is that you want.

wanting your application to be processed according to the published criterion on how it will be processed should not be too much to ask for.

refusing to apply the criteria when it tells you to enrol studnets different from the ones you want to enrol is not.

there is no reasoning with an administation that has decided to suicide or genocide the people of new zealand.

kim sterelny says that new zealand is stuck in a 'fitness trap'. the things it has committed to... make it too costly for it to change. so it is destined to be removed or annihiliated. it loses the survival of the fittest game.

apprently we are supposed to wonder 'how could co-operation have evolved'

but of course it's more 'what goes into preventing and prohibiting co-operation'

i suppose because the funded think-tank has decided that white supremacist agenda is such that...

there are no maaori in philosophy in new zealand...

?

there may have been one... or two...

one of them was bullied horribly. horribly. horribly.

his written work was rubbish rubbish garbage garbage garbage. the people who were his 'friend' who he 'worked well with' who seemed to enjoy his company at conferences and the like...

well, they would move around different universities.

i suppose they keep the faculty moving around like that, intentionally, so that when it is time to sign a student off on the completion of their research...

the supervisor rather mysteriously goes away.

and then there isn't anybody to do that.

so new people move in... and come up with a whole new thesis worth of books and articles...

and so it goes on...

so, anyway... did it take 10 years? 15?

of course he was sick a lot. awfully sick. awfully sick and awful lot.

be was bullied into... well, he spent months and months and months depressed. not able to get out of bed at all.

sound familiar?

other people i know, too, with similar experieinces of that real black hole depression. in new zealand. and in various places in australia where new zealanders have been carefully picked to be paid rathe ra lot of money to keep varoius other new zealanders depressed and kicked back...

so that the daughter of the vc can do what her father requires of her...

because if you aaren't forcing people to do your will (in blatant disregard of them) then you are doing it wrong.

see...

they don't need to aim to grow or develop. they just nee dto go around decapacitating or incapacitating everyone selse.

the idea/l seems to be to treat nz as a detention camp for australia. for sure. they even joke, sometimes, about new zealand thinking australia is a land of criminals. they find that funny because they criminalise new zealanders. that's the thing or the way of it.

with the plastic money printed in canada.

not paying fair australian wages.

no federal funding. no federlly fnded schools or hospitals or...

no judiciary.

but then they aren't capable of reading their own consttitution it seems. so...

so...

fires and plagues and floods upon them etc.

it gets the rocks from out the ground and it hands them over.
