When was it?
Where was it?Was there a public viewing of the body?
The people want to see that he's dead.
They want to celebrate that he isn't going to get to sexually offend against people anymore.
They want to ensure that he's dead.
They want to know that the government didn't mis-use the witness protection programme to relocate him on to someplace else with resources (including qualifications and references from government and univesrity) sufficient to get him back on the path of re-offending.
