new zealand is... the only underdeveloped third world english speaking country in the world.

it doesn't really matter who wins the election because the make-up of parliament is largely unchanged. the ministry officials are all the same.
no matter who wins the election una jagose takes up of half a million dollars per year to order and instruct and turn a blind eye (after she's set up teh processes) to destruction of evidence that may be used against the government in courts of law both in nz and overseas...

it's an excuse for the government to claim to be 'too busy' campaigning to do any actual work...
i guess.
actual work involves... listening to the speaker make decisions within his jurisdiction like... turning the hose on protestors...

they keep changing the school curriculum because... that's what works. by changing the school curriculum every couple years they have had a lot of success increasing the rate at which new zealanders do not acquire basic reading writing and arithmetic.

thtey are doing a really good job advertising and marketing the fact that they regard that most new zealanders do not have basic reading, writing, adn arithmetic skills.
well, then, i guess the government will need to carefully think about how to con-municate with the new zealadn people. assuming they don't have basic reading, writing, arithmetic... speaking... ability to follow instructions... meh.... questionable...
things like... refusing to legislate and enforce ingredients lists on food products.
because the government will decide what you should eat 'green light' or 'red light' of. becaue the people can drive drunk wtih no santions and kill each other with no sanctions. maybe a little covid lockdown home detention reward for getting a whole family but otherwise...
and we'll get them off smoking freely with the smoke free campaign and sell them crack pipes where the drugs suppled from... the medical shipments, i suppose... the medical shipment supplies repurposed to cover the deficit... can be freely smoked in public from pipes sorced online from dick smith...

i mean the basic principles are known.
well enough to ensure that they are NEVER supplied to studnets enrolled in the public schools.
the schools are gaslighting opportunities only.
to teach teh students to pay teh teachers and bring them their lunch etc.
