NZ medical training is un-rivaled!
Nobody trains their medical workforce quite the way we do.Know how we do?

That is how we do.Refusing to process applications from people obviously capable in order to proritise selection of people who more obviously are not.
For example: Will select international students because then there won't be any workplace internship available for them, that we will acknowledge. Therefore you can pay the university, you can pay the university, you can pay the university, and you will never be granted the qualification in any manner or way that would have that qualification accepted by any of the universities or district health boards of new zealand.
Apparently they will allow (out of the goodness of their hearts) 'medical studnets' (people who pay the university) to do 'voluntary' (unpaid) labor for the hospitals. Some sort of... Insinuation that doing the work doing the work doing the slavery will somehow miraculously end up with you being on payrolll!!

Then there's the other studnets who they set up by sending them to workplaces where the people in charge of the internship will not sign them off and will not write them a nice reference.
That's the thing...
Why would a supervisor write you a nice reference? I mean, if you are a good worker and you do good work then why wouldn't they write you a nasty reference or else refuse to write you a reference at all? Why wouldn't they go around telling everyone that you are a murdering psychopahtic racist incompetent?
That way nobody else will hire you. So then you will be forced to slavey slave for them!

So the point of our 'medical training system' is to ensure that a bunch of people who never do any clinical work sub-contract the government dollars into their private chairitable trust to themselves with themselves as the primary beneficiary... And to ensure that nobody else gets on payroll.
A large part of that is saying that they don't pay doctors to work in the hospitals because there aren't any doctors.
A largge part of that is denying that they are qualified to be employed as doctors.
A large part of that is denying their qualifications.
A large part of that is bullying them into more and more and more and more paying the university you pay the university you pay you pay you pay you pay
you slave
and then you die or otherwise go away.
You see.
It's quite the scummy scam.
Comparable things are being rolled out all over the show, of course.
Nursing, too.
Also lawyers.
They are looking at getting lawyers doing pro bono work under direction from their firms. That means the senior partners (who get all the money) force the juniors to unpaid slavery.
To be 'employed' by the 'firm' for less than minimum wage.

Training systems overseas can be fairly different because of the population.
The idea being that you need a fairly large population in order to see some of the rarer conditions.
The idea being that if getting through a specialist training programme means getting certain procedures that you have done signed off as having been sited being done then you need the opportunity to do those procedures.
So... I don't know... A disorder you might have 5 cases of, per year, in a big hospital in London, where people with cardio-vacular or whatever disease are mostly all referred to one particular hospital will provide diferent training opportunities from...
An outpost in Dunedin where they likely don't have anybody to work the autoclave and where the person will likely die in the ER before they get triaged with the actual problem that they are having.
So...
There is a temptation for the leaders of little despots (like NZ) to say that the sorts of specialist training that people are getting in world cities is not really sorts of specialist training that we value, here.
Because the day to day practice life is different.

The insight really comes once you realise that the aim or the purpose of the goal of their activity is to:
Disable, incapacitate, harm, kill, etc.
Thats the main aim or goal or purpose or point.
All of the 'social services'.
You understand why they are in teh state they are and you underestand why there is so much pressure for them to be the way they are and why there is so much pressur efor them to develop in the back-wards direction...

I'm supposed to be hundreds of thousandds of dollars of debt to the NZ government. To the NZ education system (for qualifications they refuse to acknowledge) to the judiciary (who pulled judges out of retimreent to ignore the evidence -- but who also got teh supreme court ordering costs against me for daring to bring government corruption befor ethe courts) to work and income. I get into debt to the NZ government for help with essential needs.
My essential needs are not met without the government recording levels of deb tagainst my name they have no intention of giving me the means to pay back.
They will not supply applications to enrol. Not for employment. Not for traiing.
They will not publically advertise most of any of that anyway.
They do not follow any kind of fair selection process. Or even random if they are as grotesquely incimpetent as they seem determined to proclaim to the world that they actually are.
