we don't do surgical checklist.
we resolutely WILL NOT DO surgical checklist.
start by stating your full name and what role you will be playing in the operation today.
e.g., I am FIRSTNAME LASTNAME and I am HEAD SURGEON.
why?
because of all the people who aren't supposed to be in the room. and because roles are left vacant.
list all the items that are going to be used today.
why?
so they can see if you have organ removal tools - and you aren't supposed to. so they can see if you have cervical examination tools - and you aren't supposed to. so they can see if you are implanting things that you have no right to be implanting etc.
list the tools at the end. so that you aren't leaving 'surgical mesh' to rip people up on the insides etc.
we won't do surgical checklists. will not do. not going to do it.
it 'isnt' appropriate for our unique socio-cultural environment' we looked at international best practice and decided 'waaaaaaaaaah you can't make us'

the key of the situation is to see that nz gets to profit from free-riding off of everything that's been discovered and learned about every other developed nation all around the world.
nz got to profit from learning about the atrocities that various of the developed governments admitted to and took steps to do something about...
the stolen generation in aussie. the abuse in state care in usa, canada, australia...
nz resolutely follows along behind. last. not even facing up to nz having an extermination / elimination / stolen generation / attempt at genocide by assimilation policy...
new zealand has seen how countries are abl eto keep groups of people impoverished and deprived. how it does that.
and it's working it.
it's important to realise the main goal or aim or objective.
of maiming and oppressing as many as you can get away with treating like that.
the main aim or goal or point or purpose is to disable and impoverish, murder, exterminate, annihiliate, everyone.

so we cry 'we didn't know we didn't know' during the abuse in state care inquiry (one of them. the first of them).
but we knew full well.
because we had been learning about how other nations had been learning about all of that.
we observed what they were up to and we went 'we can probably abuse our people even worse than they did in an even shorter amount of time'
they learned about all the things that were particularly effective / harmful and they really were able to hone in with all their information that they got learning from every other nation...
the important thing is to see that they aren't slow when it comes to achieving their goals or objectives or aims.
the important thing is to see that their goals or objectives or aims are what is psychopathic. they are very effectively pursuing them armed with the knowledge they have learned on how governments have managed to oppress various peoples all about the world.
really world leading in the back-wards direction.
ministry of the prevention of social development. now we can see how GOOD they are at their job (given their aims or goals). very... utilitarian. most efficient. of course the most efficient (most final) solution of all... well, we know that what looks like. headed there, we are, of course.
