apparently that's why the health boards don't have enough on pay-roll.
they won't graduate them (so they aren't qualified).
they won't employ them (they decline to hire them and re-advertise the position the very next day).
they bully them and harrass them until they quit the profession entirely.
haha!! now the university can collect more money for their re-training.
do you want to take 40 years to train to be a 'sterile supply technician'? it takes a special sort of person to be happy pulling surgical equipment out of the autoclave and stamping it sterile while it's got visible hair and bone still sticking to it.
