Hello, has anybody who feels lonely ever tried to talk to yourself? Like image a friend or someone important to you stand in front you and stat a conversation?

Yes, though not out loud. And it's a good way to practice and preparing yourself to talk to people.
Also (1) Have you considered taking an english conversation class?
(2) I teach college and lots of students (most actually) don't talk much in class, but you can talk to people before and after and join study groups and still connect that way.
