I wonder if anyone here has had these. 15-30 seconds before the whole body is asleep it's showtime and you have no idea what's coming. I wouldn't wish these on anyone.

Two nights in a row and no problems. i try to think, if this happens what will i do or if that happens what will i do. surely i can think my way through this but i haven't so far.
you sound like you have a nasty case of anxiety. i hope it gets better.

Some people have these for years. the lady that told me what i had has had them for 7, another guy 20.
