I hope you know the game. I could be doing so many things other than configuring blocks into nice little rows.

My first love and still the best! And what could possibly be more important to do?
Off to find a tetris game.

Tetris :)
That's all I have to say.
At least there is something you can bring order to.
Over and over again.

Consider it therapy. I find hypnotic games are the best thing short of Risperdal or therapy for my anxiety. And sometimes they're better.

where do you get your tetris fix from? I used to have a version on my computer many years ago and I'd like that again. All I have now is an online version and an inadequate one on my phone.

Try www.tetrisforfree.net
They have lots of varieties.. but I like the "classic" tetris. It has a twist, though. It starts you with two or three layers at the bottom that have holes. It also periodically sends a blinking single cube that will eliminate any other cubes it touches. Really ramps up the challenge. Gotta watch for those things -0 they can help or hurt!
Dinah's right. I think I've also used it a lot as a distraction to deal with anxiety or any kind of overwhelm, really.
