I'm so tense, my head feels like it's going to burst, my thoughts keep going to critical things said to me, mistakes I've made. I'm afraid of going to work tomorrow.
This sucks. :-(

((( sleepygirl )))
I know the feeling well. My work would take far less time if I could get over my anxiety and subsequent hiding. Wouldn't it be nice to bury our heads under the covers all day?

Thanks Dinah,
It's still bad, I feel like I'm buzzing.
I took .25 of klonopin, and just now my regular 25mgs of seroquel. I hate seroquel you know, but not so much right now.
I think I over did it today, went to the mall.
I know I shouldn't feel this way. I keep trying to take slow deep breaths.

Does your work mostly depend on computer? So many who live here work at home for the banks and other companies and the companies save money by having employees work at home and maybe visit office once a week? If so is it a possibility. Those that do wear sweats to work and if a conference meeting on computer add a shirt and tie with sweat pants. Phillipa

I woke up a couple of hours early, exhausted, but I couldn't sleep. My thoughts were so busy, and negative.
Very unpleasant. :-(
