ok , doc manic hear, the red spots like little dot, s on your legs, arms , face or anywere , are actually hair polic,s the hair is growing back into you skin,my wife has the on her legs, her mum did to, she uses a luffer ,you no a sea sponge to rub them a bit like . sanding you down , you dont get rid of them but smooth them off,like i say you have ingrowing hairs,you dont have to thank me a sploggy kiss will do.xx

The red dots that I'm talking about are more like a little mole. I know what you're talking about regarding the 'ingrown hairs' is what I call them, although I don't know if that's what they are.
Once when I was at a dermatologist, getting some moles checked, I asked what the red dots were & he said something about - I think it was blood vessels. But my memory is crappy. He said they happen with age.

Yes, if I remember...they are tiny burst capillaries, very close to the surface so we see them, is all.
