You go on babble.
>What do you do?
You post until you are overwhelmed by posters remorse.
What if you're lonely but you don't like people much, which is to say real ones, as opposed to the other sort?
This is almost the moment at which I develop posters remorse, when I start telling Americans to go hiking in Utah.

IMO, you take a risk a seek out others.
Or get tons of pets.
Either way, I think loneliness comes from a lack of connection with others. One can be lonely is grand central station because there is no real connection with anyone there.
Seeking to bridge the gap between you and another beating heart, no matter how risky it may seem, will stamp out loneliness.
Seldom.

The feeling of isolation from others is a classic symptom of depression and for all I know, a cause.
There was a time when, for all the problems, people knew their neighbours more than they do now.
I managed to find some people whom (?) I did not easily and naturally antagonise (all the time!).
If you feel terrible, or desperate, it makes contact that much more difficult. To him who has shall more be given, but to him that has not, even that which he has shall be taken away.
People I know now don't mind saying that they take an AD or whatever, and they are more prepared to accept people in different shapes and sizes than was the case when I was younger. Perhaps some of those things matter less because we are closer to death?
(There's probably something to be said for it. I imagine immortality would lead to a war of all against all?)

Depends how I sleep, which depends on factors beyond me.
Some days are better than others, but I had a few bad ones for a bit.
