Classes are starting on the 8th and I'm afraid I'm going to mess up again. I need to graduate next spring.
I'm feeling anxious.
I plan on waking up at 7:15 AM every weekday and going to school for 8:30 AM. I plan on staying on campus until 8 PM everyday. I plan on taking my meds at 9 PM and going to bed at 10 PM.
I'm going to make studying a full time job. I need to pass my classes.

hey deneb. I can definitely see you accomplishing your goals. Baby steps have worked well for me in the past becauase instead of trying to accomplish all my goals in say, one month, I broke things up into a hierarchy. when I accomplished something on my hierarchy, I felt good. This was when I was overcoming my driving anxiety. But it works for other things too. just be realistic and remember that you are doing this for you and no one else.

Thanks Angela. That sounds like a really good idea. I will try to break things up into smaller parts.
