Feeling a little bit sorry for myself. However, it's nice to know that I am actually sick, because I had a bad allergy reaction on Saturday, during a pottery show, maybe because of the smell in the place, from Glade air deodorizers, which are totally chemical! Also a couple of ladies had strong perfume. After a couple of hours I got dizzy, could hardly keep my eyes open. I can't remember if I told about it here. I couldn't think. It felt like my mind was a balloon on a string - floating above my head. Weird. Knew I had to get out of there. Couldn't even think of driving; called DH to come & get me.
So was feeling weird even the next day (not AS weird) & finally yesterday realized, "Hey - I think I have a virus or something." Quite a relief really. I'd rather be sick than be having reactions to stuff.

Thanks.
Okay PC - I'll drink plenty of tea & Llurpsie, would you be happening to remember my love affair with Tim Horton's 'steeped tea'????
My son was out & brought me back one & then my husband did later!!!
I'm also trying to drink W A T E R. Don't like it. And just drank some nice fruit blender-drink that I'd had a bottle of in fridge.
PC - when you say tea, do you mean herbal tea? I'm a black tea drinker & don't tend to look at is as being good for me. Perhaps you have some different info on it?? (she asks hopefully)
:-)
luv, & thx for your kind words. Makes me feel loved.

Hi Jan, yup it is a huge huge relief to know that I'm just plain-old sick...rather than having reactions to who-knows-what.
:-)))) thanks for caring, luv, Kath

I dunno, I think any tea is good tea. I like a bunch of them. green, some rooibos (not many herbal, they can taste too medicinal for me). I have to keep my caffeine intake down, so I have many decaffeinated black teas.
I say that a good cuppa does wonders for a soul.
