I've been practising healthy eating and I'm treating myself to a medium hot chocolate.

I like tea - hot, or iced (unsweetened); coffee in many different forms; and lots and lots of water! I particularly like seltzer water, or fizzy mineral water - love those bubbles. I don't care for soda pop. I have to be careful not to take in too much caffeine or I get jittery.

I like ice cold water, and I like adding rasberry Emergen-C to it too. I also like lemonade, hibiscus iced tea and hot peppermint tea.

Oh PC I DO wish I liked water. I am dehydrated (if ya pinch the top-of-your-hand skin & it sticks up in the ridge that you pinched instead of settling right back down with no mark left, that's a sign of dehydration).
It's no doubt a contributing factor to my multitudinous facial lines! :-((((( I guess I've earned some by 61, no? But even so!!
Anyway I wish I liked water.

Hi Deneb - I like hot chocolate also!
My favourite is Tim Horton's 'steeped tea' - large with 3 creams & 2 sugars! I'm sure all my local Timmie's drive throughs know me!
I also like apricot nectar alot.

Kath same here but mine is from too much sun exposure over my life. Love Phillipa pa and iced green tea can taste the sourness.
