Awww! That's too sweet!!! My kitty had a tumor and operation to remove it. It was cancerous and is likely to return, but for now he's doing well and getting a fat belly. I love it when he does that crazy-jet-speed-running-around thing. It reminds me that he feels good now.
He snores every so often too.
Cat lovers RULE!!!!

My late cat snored, too. Our current youngest makes noises in her sleep, but not really snoring. She does, however, periodically go into a purring and kneading frenzy, when she purrs so loud I can hear it across the room, over the TV.
When she tries to cry, she kinda chirps. It's very cute. The boy catten -- he's a year old in a week or so -- has a very different sort of voice. He's the John Gilbert of felines -- beefy dude, with a sweet, strange sort of soprano...
And then there's the oldest, who can't talk at all unless she has a fuzzy ball in her mouth...
Yeh, guess I do like cats...

One of mine does, too. She curls up into a little kitty ball and snores away.

My old cat Bullwinkle had the loudest purr and would periodically choke on his own tongue in his enthusiasm - no surprise that he also regularly snored. I don't know if cat's even possess adenoids, but it sure was an endearing quality.
CSWe can have cat lovers' threads any time!

Love my cat. He's as big as a Ford Focus.
He sleeps with me but he doesn't snore.
I'm pretty sure I do though.

My cat does a few other things. He puts his paw on my nose like he's honking a horn to wake me up. Or, he puts his cold nose on my eyelids to see if I'm asleep. Which, with this disease I usually am.

Our youngest kitten shimmies under the covers to goose my bottom in the middle of the night! Nothing like those little whiskers to spark that adrenaline rush.
The other kitten went through a phase of putting his nose into my face -- those short whiskers snuffling at my mouth tickled me awake. Then he'd lick my lips -- and *that* certainly got my attention!
Then there's the Old Lady -- she likes to lick my nose. I used to walk up to my ex and put my nose up for him to kiss. After he'd kiss it, I'd tell him, "It's clean! [cat name] washed it for you!" :D He didn't find that nearly as funny as I did...
My current crop of cats are not nearly as healing as my late, lamented Main Man cat. He'd curl up and sleep with me all night long, wrapped in my arms. If I lay down on the sofa, he'd run to jump in with me. On his last night with me, I stayed on the sofa so that we could be together. Poor old man, I think he lost control of his bladder that night, but he was so loving to me, so pleased to be near me. I miss that so much.
This is the end of the thread.
