Forgetting the fact that I must be procrastinating BIG time (probably a paper that needs to be written last year)
In the past 3 days I have made a hat (orange and fuschia marled yarn with gold threads running through it- to match my orange winter coat)
I have cast on and knit 40% of a fluffy orange and green hat (h picked out the yarn, wanted me to make me a hat. I dunno if he realized how fluffy it would look?)
I have knitted one of a pair of handwarmers from the same yarn as my hat. It's really comfy and nice.
I have also been taking my knitting 'vitamins' and working a few rows here and there on my seafoam scarf made from some Italian novelty yarn that came with a grab bag of yarn I got on eBay. And the red wool teacozy I'm making for my friends birthday last march. I figure that if I knit my vitamins first, then I can work on the more compelling things. Although... the superbulky husband hat is kind of tiring on the hands. size 15 needles and not the nice long wooden ones, but rather the stumpy ones attached to the circular needle.
It helps take the edge off.
