It says I'm a spatial thinker, and I'm not. I think, though, that it's because I'm a little depressed, so not as enthusiastic in general, but the things I could be absolute on liking were making/building and working with animals and in nature.
I haven't yet read what the other styles are, so I don't know which I think would fit me better. Probably something on the logic/math/linguistic range.

"Linguistic thinker"
* Tend to think in words, and like to use language to express complex ideas.
* Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.Other Linguistic Thinkers include
William Shakespeare, Sylvia Plath, Anne FrankCareers which suit Linguistic thinkers include
Journalist, Librarian, Salesperson, Proof-reader, Translator, Poet, LyricistAnd I'm a physicist... but I'm really all over the place in my interests, etc. I got similar results 25 years ago on a high school interest survey. I think the career field it pointed at was "broadcast journalism."
Somebody messed up. It might be me!

* Like to think about other people, and try to understand them
* Recognize differences between individuals and appreciate that different people have different perspectives
* Make an effort to cultivate effective relationships with family, friends and colleaguesLike interpersonal thinkers, Leonardo had lots of friends and contacts, and was a popular figure at the Italian court. Other Interpersonal thinkers include

Apparently I'm an interpersonal thinker.
>The leading thinkers of the Renaissance were not just experts in their own field. The renaissance scholar was expected to master all branches of knowledge.
I liked the 'knowing everything' bit.
>With his insatiable desire to know everything, Leonardo da Vinci is often held up as the ideal Renaissance man.
Flattered.
>Interpersonal thinkers:
* Like to think about other people, and try to understand them
Yup.
* Recognise differences between individuals and appreciate that different people have different perspectives
Hahahahaha!!!!!!
* Make an effort to cultivate effective relationships with family, friends and colleagues
Hmmm......
>Other Interpersonal thinkers include
Winston Churchill, Mother Teresa, William ShakespeareA fair spread.
>Careers which suit Interpersonal thinkers include
Politician,What type of thinker was Hitler?
>Psychologist,
Hannibal Lecter?
>Nurse,
...
>Counsellor,
Maybe.
>Teacher
NO WAY!!!
I'm not sure how accurate these things are. At school, my careers guidance questionnaire suggested sports coach, truck driver or grave digger. I was totally at a loss of how anyone/thing could seriously think those were ideal career paths for someone like me. Maybe I just answered the wrong questions?

I'm (no surprise) a linguistic thinker, but (surprise) I'm also an intrapersonal thinker. Wow, my brain must be so big that I can think in two styles. Either that or I can't make up my mind on which way to think
Linguistic thinkers:
Tend to think in words, and like to use language to express complex ideas.
Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.
Like linguistic thinkers, Leonardo made meticulous descriptions in his journals. He also made an effort to learn Latin - a foreign language Other Linguistic Thinkers include
William Shakespeare, Sylvia Plath, Anne FrankCareers which suit Linguistic thinkers include
Journalist, Librarian, Salesperson, Proof-reader, Translator, Poet, LyricistYou are an Intrapersonal thinker
Intrapersonal thinkers:
Spend a lot of time thinking about and trying to understand themselves
Reflect on their thoughts and moods, and work to improve them
You understand how your behaviour affects your relationships with others
Like intrapersonal thinkers, Leonardo worked hard to improve all aspects of himself. Other Intrapersonal thinkers include
Sigmund Freud, Gandhi, Grahame GreeneCareers which suit Intrapersonal Thinkers include
Psychologist, Teacher, Pilot, Child care worker, Explorer, Drama therapistThe appropriately named Poet

Grave digger??!?!?!?! Was it called 'cascade'? I think thats the programme and we had to use too. To be fair, it came up with relatively accurate ones for me, but the thing is, their categories of occupation are pretty far fetched from reality.
Anyway, I'm a 'naturalist thinker'...sounds rude!
Which fits in with my geology....anyway, I notice the 'geologist' isn't on any of their descriptions! Grrrr.......
'Naturalist Thinkers:* Like to understand the natural world, and the living beings that inhabit it
* have an aptitude for communicating with animals!?!?!?!?!?!?! I do not have any aptitude for communicating with animals. None whatsoever!
* You try to understand patterns of life and natural forces

Interpersonal/intrapersonal. Not too much of a surprise, but I thought Linguistic would be in there somewhere, given that I'm a writer! Gee, I guess I just need to get what's in my head down on paper.

Yeah, the grave digger one stuck in my mind! There were a few others, mostly dead-end menial jobs. I mean, yeah, thanks for that! I feel so much more positive about my future now... Most other people had similar results - almost random suggestions that were totally inappropriate. I think it might have had something to do with the OCR forms that they used - I reckon I flunked my English assessment because of them.

I think I may have made a mistake in filing in the OCR form - it was processed by computer. I was put in the remedial class for English Literature after a similar assessment using OCR forms, and the only explanation I can give, is that I missed a line and from that point started giving answers to the previous question or something like that, so the whole result was skewed. Nearly ruined my education, but I managed to claw my way back up to a respectable Set 3, from 'special needs' group Set 6 before I graduated (with top grade A* of course).

I'd say that's about right, but I wish it wasn't so.
Spending so much time worrying about God, life, and my mortality has made me feel disconnected from everything else.
