Walk briskly instead with some music in your ears.
Take things easy?

There's a good idea.
For some reason walking and jogging causes me to think about my resentments in time to my steps. I must be heavily right footed, because it develops quite a beat and rhythm, and by the time I'm home I'm usually totally outraged about something I was merely annoyed about.
Music or a good book on tape would help.
