I am going crazy. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN.
I have had sessions where alter tony came out, i didnt know of but i realized it and it scared me to death.
I cant spit, if i do it will be more complicated, others will get violent, i cant talk about this any more or im afraid ill switch.
Im matt, im going to stay matt, im not going to let whats happening, i have bad stress reactions to sitations that cause dissociation to happen, fear, panic attacks, eventually its the point where you cannot take it.
My mom thinks im possesed when i get into other modes, i run from her and my stepdad becuse they almost do an exorcism on me.
I pray tongiht, God let me stay together. I have already gone crazy before, i close my eyes and say its going to go away.
If there is anyone out here, that cares, thats all i ask.
