Will it just be a bunch of questions from the doc. What will it be like?
Tomorrow I will be 35. That is almost 40. Life goes by fast. Unless you are having anxiety/depression - then it goes by slow.
My husband is losing all kinds of weight. I am not. Should I sabbotage his diet? lol He likes sweets. Maybe I can bake a chocolate cake for him.
Excuse me guys. I am delerious from a lack of sleep.

I think she/he would ask some questions. I don't remember my first appointment with the p-doc who saw me a long time. The p-doc I see now asked me, "What can I do for you?"
I think she/he would ask questions to see what she/he can do to help you.

I saw one once..(unless you count the 3 minute time in the psych ward).
Anyway, the lady I saw was very kind... asked me questions about life and let me talk.
It was nice to have someone to just "listen."
Isn't it weird that we will literally pay for somebody to just listen to us????

This is supposed to help you, so don't hold back..remember, they've heard it all and seen it all, so don't feel intimidated by them and hold back. Let it all out ..... that's what they're for!
In the mean time, bake your husband that chocolate cake that you always wanted to...maybe he'll thank you later... hubba hubba!!!
Smiles
Dom
