Having an affair (you having an affair) should stimulate his interest, but is risky. By the time he regains an interest in sex (proximity to death helps a bit there) you'll be past it. What to do? Monogamy's the problem, but it's here for a reason too.

tell your husband that you will not let your sexual peak go to waste. Tell him to put out or get out. Make him wear a condom though, just in case he is cheating. Hey, you may as well use him.
If he get out. You can go on with your life.
