I read things like this and then have nightmares for weeks... I wish I could take karma in my own hands...

I agree with you, angielala. It's sickening. I just wanted to give a heads up to those who might be sensitive.

I wish I had've seen your trigger b4 opening that link. I found it so disturbing I couldn't finish reading it and I closed it fast. Painful images now.

when i read things like this it haunts me for a very long time. It really upsets me knowing that people have to endure those outrageously cruel things and that there are people out there that have the physical and mental capability to do this to another human, and CHILDREN for that matter!

I always feel as though I need to do more when I hear stories liek this, which is why I read them, to get myself off my butt and do something.

There is a women's shelter down the street from me- I went there this morning to sign up for volunteering... they were so happy. There were kids sleeping everywhere, adn the women were smiling- I felt much better.

It's been a while since I have been "allowed" to help those in need... mania makes me want to save the world. Thankfully I finally get to help without being manic.

Hey- do you think people get offended at the song "Manic Monday"? random :)
