...with all the scrutiny from the Admin board. I have to trust, and I do trust, that common sense will prevail here in the end. I am a bit afraid of speaking my mind, but there isn't much to tell!!
i'm on my leave from work, which is good, except i feel like I have to "get better" already. There is no rest, only guilt. I am NOT a loser (that's a new one from me, folks), but baffled by my illness and it has stopped me cold.
if anyone is cold, I have a whole head here ready to rent out as a heat source. I don't even put on makeup anymore because it just slides right off.

The learning curve for this illness is hard sometimes....easy never?

I'll borrow the heat. I'm trying to stay out of all that is going on, even on this board, but it does trigger me in both ways--answering to speak up and not answering so as to ignore.
Hope all is well w/you. I can't seem to stay away from bed. Why does it hit so hard just when I think I feel better?

PC,
I know that heat. You could cook an egg on the top of my head sometimes. I'm a furnace. I take cold showers every day.
I've been helped by using a cooling diet or "pitta pacifying" in ayurvedic terms. This is an ancient medical science out of India. Certain foods are heating, cooling, wet, dry, etc... and through diet you can alter the body's thermostat.
Activities can be "heating" too. Anything that excites or agitates (like the admin board) is heating and increases firey emotions. Calming the mind is always cooling. Meditation, breathing exercises, right-brain stuff and anything relaxing.
hope you feel better soon.

PC: Have you tried Bellamine...made from belladonna? It works for me. I used to look like a greased pig....my face was so shiny from the heat that I was generating.....It's inexpensive and helps me sleep also. Much love and hugs, Pat

All of the dark smudges have passed me by.
It's gonna be a bright, bright, clean clear face day!:)
Jai, you inspired me to sing! Thanks
