Actually It is just about dawn here.
This is my first drug free view of a sunset, I'd better not miss it. I just feel very normal, like the word depression doesn't really mean anything to me.
If this is true normallity - asside from being a little sleepy, the way I feel is not amazingly off when I was in remission on celexa a while back.
I'm a slight bit jittery, really acutally quite happy !!!! I had brain shocks upto this event of mine but they stopped happening sometime into the night, I would assume ?? that hey would return tomorrow morning.Anyhow - this is the most robust (but short lived) experience of what normal is. It is robust.
If this is how mentally healthy people feel, ( I would assume) then they are living much better lives that we are.Keep hope up however, there are drugs in prograess that release in the body at a certain time to surpress the rem cycle and provide SD like effects - hopefully. But hey what's a simply all nighter now and again to shockstart yourself.

Jerr,
I am here for you too. I used to live in lovely MN, in Brainerd, St. Cloud, and Northfield. I miss the autumn season. How is the weather now? Do you have a counselor or psychologist there that you talk to?
