That is so cool. I am glad to get to talk to you ...will you tell me a little about yourself... I also noticed that I wrote you on an earlier post. You had commented about a type of therapy that you had suggested to someone. I am a therapist who does primarily, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focuses and a touch of narritive therapy. I would love to know about your experiences with EMDR (is that it?) I am always open to helping my clients (and myself) feel better!

Hey everyone...my weekend was pretty good.have been feeling pretty good..today was a rough one which always catches me off guard..but hopefull tomorrow will be better..I have my first EMDR appt at 9:00am and really nervous about it...I'm not used to seeing a male dr but he is supposed to be one of the best in the state so we will see...really scared of what will come up but will deal...Hope everyone had a great weekend..Catch up to you all later...Trucker I cant get the pics is anyone else able to..I'm not familiar with where it sends me...wahhhh>.your freind Mystic

i had a good weekend too,went camping had a great time except i did something stupid today, i guess i was so tired that i accedently took my meds twice, instead of 20mg i took 40mg...ugh how shitty i felt! i couldnt talk right, i was soo sedated agitated, paranoid etc. my boyfriend brought me home and put me to bed and i slept for 3 hours when i woke up i did feel better, but man was i scared.
anyway how was everyone elses weekend?
oh and by the way, Lexy is one hot chick;)

Hey Lexy, here in NY it's usually not humid. But when it is my hair gets nasty! Normally I really like my hair. I have very full hair and alot of it! I use some products but they really don't work very well. I would just need something for the humid days, what do you think I should try on a as needed basis? My hairdresser has sold me so many products that don't work!! I would love to see a pic of you, you sound really cute and perky!Thanks for the advice, Mrs. C
